[COMPLETE]Heroines of Fiction by Howells,William Dean-kit
Section 24 again had two interesting heroines. I already had Middlemarch on my reading list for some time, maybe I should give it a go soon.
I have only one small note this time:
> at 28:14: (p. 77): “it was from Ladislaw...” – here you have a break of over 2 seconds in the middle of the sentence, which seems too long for me while listening. It would benefit from cutting it down a bit.
The rest word-perfect as always

I have submitted 25. I had trouble with noise reduction and was ultimately forced to lower the volume to get the noise level down. I had done numerous actions before, which tended to distort the sound a bit, so if you think it needs re-recording, I can do that.
strange, what happened ? Well, there is no need to re-record all this but indeed the volume is much lower than in the previous sections, but that doesn't matter, in the archiving process the volumes all get synchronised a bit more, so I guess this will get taken care of automatically.neecheelok70 wrote: ↑October 7th, 2018, 5:12 amI have submitted 25. There's only one small detail to change:
> in the outro disclaimer you say "End of Book 2 Chapter 6" while in all the other chapters you said "End of Section 25" (in this case)
And wow, this husband of Janet was a brute this chapter had one of the hardest-to-swallow excerpts. Not sure I would like to read that book.

Actually, I was holding off on the message to give you more time to do other stuff. I feel at times I ask too much, though I know you insist otherwise. Jim
aww how sweet of you. But you can always alert me of new sections, if I don't find the time, I know you will not mind waiting a day or two.neecheelok70 wrote: ↑October 15th, 2018, 4:17 am Actually, I was holding off on the message to give you more time to do other stuff. That said, I checked your section just now and it's PL ok. I am enjoying your sections because I know they are a quiet easy listen and usually you don't make mistakes, so it will not be hard on me as DPL.
This Crosbie is a real mean guy though, to leave the girl like that just for money.
