Hi Mary,
I'm not ignoring you. I have your files downloaded. It's been a really busy week and I've run a little behind on LV duties. I should have your sections PLed by the weekend. Thank you for your patience.

Mary,
I edited 37 while I PLed for you. There is one missing line that was not included in the color coding. (He got up)

You can add it to the start/end of your file or at 6:08 of the edited file.

Here is the finished chapter with a tone for missing line. https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/crimeandpunishment_37_dostoyevsky_128kb.mp3 30:50

Will you be PLing the completed chapters?

When you can, please record the DP and introduction. When possible, I like to build the DP as I edit so it isn't as much of a chore at the end. Also, the cast list is so big for this project that it will be really easy to miss someone.

Hello, I just wanted to check on something. I had Luzhin speaking (actually thinking) one line in Section 26, but now I can't find it in the text. Has that line been removed, or moved somewhere else?

Sorry--I must have saved my file with the wrong name. I found it; the line is in Section 23.

Here is Luzhin Section 23: https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/crimeandpunishment_luzhin_23.mp3 (duration 0:17).
And here is Luzhin Section 27: https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/crimeandpunishment_luzhin_27.mp3 (duration 12:20).''

Whew! Section 27 was tough. Being vile, malicious and despicable is hard work!

Hi, I would like to take the role of "A Young Man" chapter 13, if it's still available.

Eduardo,
23 and 27 are both PL OK. You certainly did go through a range in 27. Nicely done.

I recorded up through # 30 back in June and am just getting back to editing after teaching during the summer. I have seven fall classes with an eighth on the way, so I hope I can get those done before papers start coming in (I teach freshman comp). Almost had # 23 ready to post when I found I said "Oh, I'm quite obligated to..." instead of "Oh, I'm quite obliged to..." (acceptable variation?).

Thank you, linny. It was a busy week for me, too. I will add the line in chapter 37 and make the Intro my next recording.
