At the end of the intro you forgot to give the chapter title and part. You did for the previous sections. Otherwise, pl ok.

Summary

Nine twisty-turny tales of tragic human drama, played out in Victorian parlors, death beds and lonely country roads. This collection of Violet Hunt writings has all the requirements for short story entertainment: flirtatious beauties, mismatched love, "lung symptoms", and cruel, cruel fate. Sometimes the horror has a ghostly source, but often the horror is rooted in our very human pathology.

The Telegram. The Operation. The Memoir. The Prayer. The Coach. The Blue Bonnet. The Witness. The Barometer. The Tiger Skin.

Should the title of each of the included short stories be listed in the Summary in order for the Search to work?

Thank you, Dave!

I will delay cataloging until tomorrow when I hope to have an answer to your question (searching for individual stories by their title).

Searches at LV do not use information that is in the summary. So putting the story names in the summary would not help in locating them. It is the practice when there is a single author to catalog the reading as a "book." When there are different author's stories in the reading it is set up as a "compilation" and the stories can be found by their respective title and author. I'll wait until I get a response from you before cataloging this book.

If there is no advantage to listing the story titles in the summary, we may as well leave them out. Thanks for checking on that, Dave.
Best regards,
