Eva:

Section 37 is now PL-Ok. There was an issue with the file...it checked in at 85.9 db...just under the Librivox rance of 89.5-92 dB. I had an extra minute so I fixed it for you. But you may want to go back and look at your recording set up.

Many thanks,

Philip

Peter:

One small correction to Section 55--at 16:54 there is a stumble that needs to be removed. Otherwise very well done.

Many thanks,

Philip

Filling for Philip here. Thanks for your file, Juliana.

Note this is actually section 59, not 11. I can fix that the next time I am at my computer, but for now I will hold off adding it to the MW. Also part 1 and 2 of this chapter seem to be reversed in the MW. :?

OK I think I have this sorted.

Julianna - the corrected link to your section is

https://librivox.org/uploads/knotyouraveragejo/juniorclassicsvol2_59_patten_128kb.mp3

It is in the MW now, awaiting PL. Philip will give this a proper PL when he returns, but I'll point out up front that the volume on this file is way too low at 71.6 db. The target is 89 db with an accepted range or 87-92.

Hi Julianna,
Opening silence needs to be less than 1 second. While trimming, please delete the opening "snap" from when you turned on the mic.

The intro is a little turned around. The intro needs to be:
Chapter 11, part 1 of Junior Classics Vol. 2: Folk Tales & Myths This is a LibriVox recording. All LibriVox recordings are in the public domain. For more information, or to volunteer, please visit: librivox DOT org".
Recording by Julianna Ginger.
"Junior Classics Vol. 2: Folk Tales & Myths by William Patten, Chapter 11, Three Stories of the Seasons, part 1. The Four Seasons by Lillian M. Gask.

8:09 stumble - When she was told

Please increase your ending silence to 5 second. Less than that and you risk getting cut off during playback. Also, please delete the ending 'snap' from turning off the mic.

Please noise clean the section. If you aren't sure how to do this and you use Audacity here is a video you may wish to reference. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NzVxubRO4gI

You did a lovely job on the reading and I enjoyed your section. :D
