Karla:

Sections 24, 25, 27, 28 are PL-OK! Nicely done.

All files were at the very bottom end of the acceptable range for Librivox Recording 86.5 to 92 dB.

Section 26 needs to be amplified. The checker placed it at 86 dB.

I enjoyed hearing your reading.

Many thanks,

Philip

Kurt:

I enjoyed your vigorous renditions of the poems you read.

In all of the poems, you should use the abbreviated Librivox intro as set out in the first post (It starts with the Poem title then author....) You have evidently included the longer intro for about the first 11 seconds of each file. (Be sure when you correct that you leave .5-1 second of silence at the beginning.

In section 66 at about 3:02 there is a brief garbled section.

Other than that everything is ok.

Many thanks,

Philip

I think I have everything fixed. My voice sounds a little deeper today than it did with the original recording, but not much I can do about that! Not sure how I screwed up the intro, but fortunately just a cut to fix.

Hi alex, welcome to librivox!

You are welcome to read that section. To be able to sign you up, i need to know under which name or pseudonym you would like to appear in the catalog. We can also link to your personal website or blog.

I see you have already completed your one minute test, so your catalog info is all i need
