Get well soon!
[COMPLETE] [Dram Read] Story of the Amulet, E. Nesbit-ans
I hope you‘re feeling better soon, Beth! Don‘t worry about your LV projects, they‘ll still be here when you‘e up to it.
Hi! Long time no see- sorry about the ridiculously long absence I was buried under finals!
In other news, here are three chapters recorded for Cyril- unfortunately even though I've been doing a lot to try to fix it my computer is still making background noise so there will be some in these recordings. Good news is that because it's summer now I'll have lots of time to record!

P.S. I noticed there was talk about the singing section in Chapter 7? What is happening with that? I can sing whichever harmony you want me to just let me know so I can be sure to get it right!

Welcome back! It's good to hear from you!
Here is the post I made earlier about the song: viewtopic.php?p=1421582#p1421582 I think that includes all the pertinent information.
EDIT: There were one or two other spots where the text on the sheet music doesn't quite match up with the words in the book. I don't remember exactly where else, but just follow what's given in the book.

Thank you! These files are both PL OK! I think for the crowd cries I like the first version better - but I'll leave the final selection to our editor and who knows, we may end up using both!moniaqua wrote: ↑May 25th, 2018, 3:23 am Could barely handle those longish files , but here we go:

Oh, from the cries take the one you like more. I first thought oh, it's too loud and recorded a second with the mic further away - only to find out that none clips and the second one is even louder I had to de-amplify them anyway...

Cyril Chapters 4 and 5 are PL OK!
I'll PL Chapter 6 tomorrow, as it is getting late here.
Devorah, do you want me to leave the PL OK files at the top of the MW, and you can move them down after they are edited in? I'm worried it will get confusing if some of the files are edited in and others are not...

No, you can go ahead and move them. I know which ones I still need. I've got a system!
Can I do the Journalist?
Great! Thanks Gill!

Hi Beth,
Hope you are feeling better!
I was looking at some projects that I could help finish up and came across this one.
I'd be happy to take the three open characters in sections 6, 7 & 8:
Mr Levinstein Ch 8
Julius Caesar Ch 10
Pharaoh Ch 11
Hope you are feeling better!

That would be great! Thanks!

Yay, we're back! I don't know how many of you noticed, but LV's been down for the last 8 or 9 hours, as near as I can figure.
I started editing chapter 4 just before everything went down, so I'm finally uploading now. I decided to check one last and final time before bed, and I'm glad I did! Beth, please especially tell me if the volume balance between the parts is off. I don't mind fixing it if anything sounds strange.
