Hi Helen. New Faces for Old is well read and is PLOK

You did a very good job reading that story about the war and the Red Cross. The book you located is a good source for more readings :D

Availle, I'd sure like to delete them, but there's no delete button displayed for me to do that? Or at least I can't find it.

:hmm: For your own posts, there should be 5 little grey boxes on the top right side. The one with the X marks the "delete".

Ava, I just now tried a new post, and yes, there was a delete "x". Hurrah. I deleted that post. But for all those messages from the other day that say "deleted" there is no delete button showing. When that sequence happened, I was trying to respond to Helen and things just went weird. I just couldn't figure out what was going on. Thanks for trying to help me get rid of all those messages.

That's because somebody has responded to them already. Deleting a post only works if it's the last one of a thread (or the first and only one of a topic).

Jo or I can still delete your posts with our admin powers, if you want to clean up the thread though.
Cheers, Ava.

Thanks for the explanation, Ava; if you are in the mood for house cleaning, I'd appreciate the deletions! :)

I don't even clean my own house, and now I'm here scrubbing yours!

Offending double/triple/quadruple posts are gone.

Ah, a cheaper, one-time alternative to Patreon.

Did I mention I have an account there?
