I'd like you to add this part at around 8:48 of act 2:
It's scripted for "Boys (all together)" and originally, I wanted it to only be the unnamed boys. But I think I'd like to include a little bit of Bill in it, too, since he later says that he was "chaffin' the old 'un," I believe the phrase was. Read the whole thing, please, and I'll pick and choose during editing. It'll end up being a mix of solo and unison lines.Bag-raker!
Skin-cat!
Bag o' nails!
Scull-an'-cross-bones!
Old Daddy Longlegs wouldn't say his prayers—
Take him by his left leg, and throw him downstairs.
Go along! Go to hell!
We'll skin you.
Melt ye down for taller, we will.
Only he 'ain't got none, the red herrin'!
Also, I believe that this part, here: "Nay, doan't thae tell mo that! Thae made gam of mo, and hurried and scurried mo, as iv aw'd been a mak ov a deevil—yo did." should have been Thomas' line, not Bill's. I think that's a formatting error, and I didn't notice it before now. That's how all of Thomas' speech is written, and it would make sense (much more sense, in fact) for him to say it. I've contacted that reader to ask if he could record this one line for us.
