Hello all,

my name is Martin. I am 54 years old and I would like to read for LibriVox in german. I really like the idea of LibriVox and I hope I will be able to help a little. Reading, for myself and for the 3 children I raised with my wife, is a very important part of my life.

The next days I will try to get all the technical stuff done and I hope to be able to start in the near future.

Du postest ihn in einem eigenen Thread in Listeners&Editors wanted, da wird er dann von den admins gefunden (und von den Leuten, die sich die Tests anhören)

Ich hab schon mal reingehört - klingt gut

Nur das Volumen ist um's A....lecken zu niedrig (wir brauchen zwischen 86 und 92 dB mit Ziel 89 dB, du bist bei 85,9 dB) und ein klitzeklein bisschen Rauschminderung könnte nicht schaden. Ned zuviel, dass die Stimme ned leidet

Du kannst die technischen specs mit checker prüfen (siehe sig, letzte Zeile). Volumen geht mit reaper, das ist ein plugin für Audacity, falls Du das nutzt.

Wenn Du das drüben postest, dass die admins das finden, kannst Du es noch gleich bereinigen, verlinke vielleicht nach hier, dass der Zusammenhang da ist

Ein paar Plosive habe ich gehört (so "Windstöße" bei P-lauten, z.B.), die kannst Du vermeiden, wenn Du nicht direkt senkrecht auf das Mikrofon sprichst sondern in einem leichten Winkel, also tangential dran vorbei. Und ein guter Pop-Filter hilft auch. War aber wirklich nicht wild.

Wenn Du eine Aufnahme reservierst denk dran, bei der ersten den Katalognamen anzugeben, den Du gerne hättest. Und bei der Aufnahme dann an die Anfangs- und Endstille (anfangs 0,5-1 sec, am Ende 5 sec, das steht immer im ersten Post eines Projektes)
