"Spook Stories, Chapter 1: The Case of Frank Hampden"

If it's not too much trouble, I'd actually like to thread from Chapters 1 through to 4 as well, but only if you can't find any others to fill the slots (can't be greedy now, can we?)

Feel free to use my full name in the Catalog (Jerrod Fenske) if you'd like. Let me know if that's OK, and I'll get started right away!
Hi, Jerrod! Welcome to LibriVox, and welcome to this book! I see that you have already submitted your one minute test, so you're well on your way! I'll hold that story for you, but please wait until your test is approved before you begin.

Do you mean chapters 1-4 of the Spook stories? It's best to be specific, especially with this book, because there are multiple "Chapters One." I'd be thrilled for you to read all of these, but I won't assign them to you just yet. The stories in this book are mostly rather lengthy, and it's common for new readers to underestimate the amount of time it takes to record and (especially!) edit. But when you've finished Spook, Ch 1, I would love it if you're willing to take on another!

Jerrod, I actually just gave you feedback on your test. Please check on that thread, if you haven't seen it yet. :)

Although I'm DPL for this, I'd like to read the two Cat Stories, if I can get someone to PL them for me. Any takers?

I'd like to claim section 10 (The Ape), please.

I love to read, AND my employer matches my volunteer hours with a donation to the Internet Archive, flagged to benefit Librivox.org. How cool is that?

Nice job, Roman! There is only one note for you.

At about 4:20-4:24, there was a long pause. Trim this down, and then you'll be good to go!

Thank you!

Section 10 is ready for PL:
https://librivox.org/uploads/triciag/co ... _128kb.mp3
Time is 44:05

And that was so much fun that I'd like to claim section 11, "Through," if I may.
