Greetings from Kansas

I’m a RN (30 years), who stumbled on LibriVox while looking for audio books. First I was intrigued and now I’m here. I’m looking forward to a literary adventure. Initially I thought I’d be a PL or DPL, but I just read some Poetry and Prose and now think I’d like to be a Reader too. I haven’t gotten everything worked out in testing my sound ect., but I’m working on it. I’m excited to learn and volunteer.

I am 5 years from retirement. I’ve been married for 34 years (yesterday), and have 3 grown children. With those grown children come my 5 grandchildren. I’m finding myself needing something to do, so why not volunteer, and have fun doing it.
