Rob, you seem to have missed Eva's claim on the previous page :)

Kitty wrote:Rob, I just started reading your google docs and noticed your remark about how to pronounce Ingen. I don't know the name either, but contrary to you I would suggest pronouncing him Injen, because reading about his character, he is a mixture of ingenuous (puppy-eyed in love) and ingenious (has the idea of tricking his love), and both would be pronounced "injen" in the beginning. Don't you think it might be a pun on those words ? :hmm:

Just my two-cents worth

In The Devil is an Ass, there is a character spelled Engine (you played him Rob!) - perhaps the same name?

Thanks, Todd

May I play Lady Perfect please? (Though I am certainly a tad less than perfect, I'll have to admit).

Thanks, TJ. Lady Perfect is certainly less than perfect herself, especially when it comes to selecting trustworthy husbands!

RobBoard wrote:OK, Sonia, here is Bold for PL. Brace yourself, it turns out he is a proper rotter.
rotten, ey ? Let's hope I find it not too improbably that I would fall for such a specimen

Well, I had a listen to the first act so far and must say I am mightily entertained. You sound exactly like Terry Jones from the Pythons in one of his prim female roles  Love it. And the contempt you put into “master Boooooeld” was priceless !

The only thing which doesn't check out is the bitrate, which is 96 kbps. :hmm: This is for all the acts, so you need to reupload them all. But I'll check for errors first, so wait until I have listened to them all.

Acts 2 and 3 textually perfect, only need the bitrate changed.

I love the transition from Princox to Bold at the end of Act 3. Now he is showing his real face and intentions. Pity, I enjoyed the Terry Jones performance.

I'm glad I heard your version already before I start my recordings. This gave me some ideas how to react to certain sentences.

Now to the two final acts...let's see how rotten it gets.

and finished Acts 4 and 5 as well. I looove our sparring scene at the beginning of Act 4 8-) this is going to be good

Act 4 is textually ok, only needs reupload with correct bitrate.

As for Act 5, you seem to have cut off the rest of the Act. :?

> at 2:05: after the Omnes line "Most certain 'tis." there are still nine Bold speeches and a few Omnes speeches as well, but I think maybe Bold is not taking part in those :hmm:

And of course, the bitrate again.

Great job, Rob ! I really like this play so far.

OK, thanks, Sonia. I think I left my programme settings at 96 for a personal project. Thanks for spotting that: I'll re-upload.

EDIT: I re-uploaded acts 1-4 at the correct bit rate and marked as PL OK. I will fix act 5 later.
