A mic and an audio interface looking for a good home...

Everything except LibriVox (yes, this is where knitting gets discussed. Now includes non-LV Volunteers Wanted projects)

I am not sure it's appropriate, so please let me know either way.

I have a couple of pieces of audio recording equipment that I do not use. The obvious choice is eBay, but I'd like to offer them to fellow LibriVoxers first.

Where would I place an announcement like that, if it's OK?

Thanks!

I have a mic and an audio interface. Do you have a recommendation for me on the appropriateness of this? I really don't want to step on any toes here...

I can't speak as to whether or not it is appropriate.
I'm sure it's OK, though. If it weren't it would have been flagged faster than a cat jumping out of the horse trough.

We are a little too late though to talk about an interface, as my brand spanking new Mackie Onyx Producer was delivered to my PO Box this morning.

Just wondered what other goodies you might have had.

Well actually , it's never come up before that I remember, but I can't see any reason to not , so let's use this as a "guinea pig". If it has consequences I haven't considered then it can be reconsidered . Just LV stuff though. And just real contributing members :D

I have an AKG P220 Project Studio condenser mic, essentially new (here is some info). Reason for selling: got a better (more expensive) mic. Best reasonable offer within two weeks, then it goes on eBay. Or buy it for $99.

I have a Presonus AudioBox iOne audio interface, essentially new (here is its page). Reason for selling: got a better interface. Best reasonable offer within two weeks, then it goes on eBay. Or buy for $75.

I'll throw in an XLR cable if you get both items.

PM me with any questions. I'll edit this post if/when the list changes and with FAQ.

Thank you.

That's a really good mic. What did you replace it with?

An AKG C214.

ETA: Due to lack of interest they will go on eBay sooner, methinks. I hope I didn't waste too much of your time...
