Ever since the site maintenance, all the forums I am subscribed to quit sending me email notices of new posts. I have unsubscribed and re-subscribed each one, to no avail. I have bookmarked them all and check those daily, but I did that before and it didn't cause my subscription feature to quit.

Any suggestions.

What I wrote in another thread:
Saturday or Sunday, I think, the subscription email issue was resolved in the forum software. So visit all your subscribed threads while logged in, and it'll reset everything. (I, too, tried visiting all my subbed threads after the maintenance, but the issue was only resolved within the last couple days.)

I'm not sure why you didn't get an email to this thread, though, since you obviously visited it yesterday while logged in. :hmm:

Easy link to your subs: ucp.php?i=main&mode=subscribed
It shouldn't have changed, but you may want to check your email in the forum settings and make sure it's correct. Also, check your spam filter. Perhaps due to the server change, your email thinks the notifications are spam?

Checked, and my LV email address is still correct, and my Outlook Address Book has noreply@librivox.org as a legit correspondent. I found no emails from LV in my junk email folder.

I logged out, then had no trouble logging back in with saved username/password.

What next? Perhaps send me a PM and see if I get notified of that?

Nope, NO NOTIFICATION. :(

Is there a waiting period or should the notification come immediately? Send me a PM, let's check whether I will get that. I'll stay logged off for a couple of hours.

Got the PM (just checked) from Anne about half an hour ago, but NO NOTIFICATION. :( That thing is also broken.

What else should we check while we're at it? :hmm:

That's odd. I'm getting email notifications for pms, threads and forum posts. If admins are receiving these and no one else is, then this could be a permissions setting that somehow changed during the upgrade/migration. We are also having an odd issue adding new readers to projects in the workflow. :?

I've been getting notifications for PMs - I've received two or three since the site upgrade and I got an email notification for each of them. I'm not subscribed to any forums currently, so I can't tell you if that works.

I received a notification of GillH's post in my London Labour and the London Poor thread on the 27th November.
