[COMPLETE Group, children, SS] The Wonder Garden - ke
Hi Kathrine!
I wanted to resubmit my section 27. Because I edited it while I was on vacation and didn't have my good mic with me, a couple of edits sounded awkward. So I just rerecorded those few words now -- and it sounds a tad better.
27 King Suleyman and the Nightingale
I tried to upload it, but it was replaced by the old version. Can I still submit it?
Thanks!
TJ

Thank you! The way it works is that any new upload that has the exact same filename as an old upload will replace the old recording in hte MW. So if everything worked the way it should, your new recording is in the MW and your old version is behind the scenes. I'll have a listenbenderca wrote:Hi Kathrine!

So, I listened again to your section 27, it sounds great! (Of course, I marked the old version PL OK as well, so I liked that one as well.) It is not a problem in this project because the sections are so short, but normally (and especially if the sections are longer), your prooflistener will appreciate you not making edits after the recording has been marked PL OK (because if you upload anything new the PL/DPL needs to listen again).
But, yes, it sounds great! Section 27 is PL OK

Thanks! I thought that's how it worked, but when I listened to the uploaded version, it was still the old one. Now, however, it's the new one -- so it's good.kathrinee wrote: Thank you! Oh, of course. Sorry. No more edits... (That was one of my first recordings -- and I've gotten better since then).kathrinee wrote:So, I listened again to your section 27, it sounds great! I know that can happen, I have heard that "cleaning the cache" can help (quotation marks = I have no idea what I'm talking about!)benderca wrote:kathrinee wrote:
