Hi Linda,
PL OK. Great job!

I love how he seems to keep his humor throughout.

Amy,
I'm not certain how I didn't notice this before but some of Elliott's original files are longer than 70 minutes. What do you suggest I do?

Hi Linny,
I PMed you about it.
In the mind, or consciousness of the Earth this flower first lay latent as a dream. Perhaps, in her consciousness, it nested as that which in us corresponds to a little thought.--A.Blackwood

Hi Blaine,
Section 38 - You have a number of slight hesitations in this recording (examples 14:50 our, 21:23 as the). I don't find them disturbing so this will be PL OK but please understand that some PLers would note them for you to change. Standard PL can be tricky for those of us that have been PLing longer (we tend to forget how accepting standard really is). If you come across something like this that does get flagged and you didn't want to change it just post back that you feel it is within standard PL and you would rather not. That would prompt them to look at the definition for standard again and then it should be marked as PL OK. If on the other hand you would rather have them noted for you to change then please put that you would like your recordings to be PLed for CC in your signature line or with each file posted. CC stands for constructive criticism and will permit us to note things like this for you.

The one thing I do need you to change is your ending silence. There is a lot of noise in it.

Section 39 is PL OK!

Ok, thanks. I will work on 38 at those points you noted. It was raining hard the night I recorded the end, so it must have disrupted it. I will revise this and send again.

No need to revise the two spots. There were a number of others but it's fine the way it is. Just the ending silence and you'll be all set. Thank you!

Here is the revised Section 38 at 40:28 minutes.

I adjusted those two spots. Let me know if you think its an improvement.

Thanks, Blaine. That works. Nicely edited. PL OK

Oh, and just so you know, ambient silence and generated silence do sound substantially different with headphones. Try and stick with ambient silence whenever you can.
