Hi Mayah ! I didn't know your mother tongue was Brazilian ! Well, knowing how well you read in French, I tried to listen to this text. I learnt a bit of Portuguese, and luckily I learnt with a Brazilian textbook, because the pronunciation, especially of the endings, are VERY different from European Portuguese  So the beginning was a bit hard, but the more I listened, the more I got into it. :)

I only found one textual error, and I don't think it is necessary to correct, as it probably won't change the meaning of the sentence, as far as I can see, but I let you decide:

> at 4:54: (p. 182): "fica uma cousa de pé, a saber, que daquelle anno em diante" - you forgot "a saber"

Also the volume is a bit below the standard 86-92 dB. (It's 85.8) but I think we can let it pass for once, unless you want to reupload a bit louder.

I will probably also listen to your other text, but for tonight I need a rest, because listening so long to a language I am not 100% familiar with, is exhausting nevertheless. I need a break from concentration. I try to listen to the other one tomorrow.

ok as promised, I also listened to the second. This was a more complicated text than the first one, for me at least. But your reading is fine and I found no textual errors. :) Only here the recording is too loud with 93.8 dB. Could you reduce it by -3 maybe ?

thanks

hi Livia, as always, your poems are read nicely and in this case very romantically :9: even without understanding it all I can appreciate the poetry of it. Very well done, and no errors found.

Nastya, this can be marked PL ok
Question: why is there a section 0? :hmm:

I think that was all the sections now

Only three submissions with minor corrections and this project can be archived 8-)

I was wondering that myself, the section 0 instead of section 1, until I did it again in the new collection. It is an easy fix, which I will take care of when I catalog.

If one is not using the template generator to get a MW, it's the way that the project screen first pops up, it automatically gives the first section a 0 instead of a 1. I just noticed that it does that, which means I learned something new! :D

Hi Sonia,

I am sorry, I couldn't read my messages lately, I will give you my corrected sections soon and thank you for your compliments, I hope the future listeners will also enjoy Brazilian literature, it's a thrill read José de Alencar and Machado de Assis, of course there are other wonderful writers and I hope to have time in the future to read a whole book, maybe a short story book to begin with.
