The files need 5s of silence at the end of each recording, otherwise pl ok.
I've re-uploaded with the added 5s silence at the end of each file. Also, I forgot to encode at 44.1kHz (previous upload was 48kHz), so that's corrected now, too:

One thing I noticed in the catalog is that the link "St. Ambrose" in the description doesn't contain a URL; the HTML is simply:

Code: Select all

<a>St. Ambrose</a>
It should be:

Code: Select all

<a href="https://archive.org/stream/V01CatholicEncyclopediaKOfC#page/n427/mode/2up">St. Ambrose</a>
Also, "Albany J. CHRISTIE ( - )" should be "Albany J. CHRISTIE (1817 - 1891)"

I am hoping that the person who uploads the cover will be able to get that link to work the way it should. I tried 5 times to get it to work and it won't 'stick.' I will put the dates in for the translator.

ETA: Ha! That works now! Thanks Geremia!

Who chose/made the cover? It's not congruous with the subject-matter; it looks like it's for a romance novel. Could I make a more fitting cover for it? Where could I find out how to contribute covers to LibriVox? thanks
