One note for 8, Fatigue:

To make sure I don't mispronounce them, I have a question about Cate's name:

Is it pronounced like "Kathy", or like "Kate"?

Thanks!

Nemo
Hi Nemo,

Cate is and rhymes with great! You can hear the good lady herself pronouncing her name in the first twenty seconds of this file:

Happy recording!

Thanks Erin!

I had listened to a couple of her previous recordings because I wanted to make sure I got her last name correct and in those her first name was read as Cathy, so I wanted to make sure.

I'll have a few for your PL expertise in a little bit!

I'm back at the desk and very glad to have more poetry in my life!

Sections 2, 3 and 4 are PL OK.

With section 1, London Squares, I've flagged one pronunciation. It's at 0.48-0.50, the third line of the first stanza:
Each tortuous line...

I'm hearing a second R in tortuous (like torture-ous). Could you please be honest and tell me if this is just me not picking up on a regional accent I'm not terribly familiar with?

Hi Erin, glad you are back!

I could go either way on that one, so I recorded it again for a spot PL check. Let me know if this one is better.

Cool! Sections 1 and 5 are PL OK. Osbert Sitwell is coming up with lots of surprises in this cycle.

One note for 6, Song of the Fauns, at 1.30-1.33, page 18:
Up to the sky
We cast these [heard thee] high

Hi Eva,

45 and 47 are PL OK.

I have one note for 44, Myself on the Merry-go-round:
0.30-0.33, p. 90:
Casts [heard cast] colours on the face of these

I think the S was articulated clearly with other words, which is why I marked this one (as articulation, not accent). Could you please listen?
