As far as I can see this was written and published after 1922, which means that it's not in the public domain. Since it's not safe for Librivox, we'll not be able to include it in the collection. Do you have different information perhaps?

"To flame" not just yet. Actually it may not go through that phase. From green to yellow and down to the ground. No reds and browns in the city.
