I can log in as a user, but I can't log-in as BC. It tells me that I don't have permission for the area (I don't even have the option of trying to log in as BC). I used the link under the magic window. I tried logging out and re-logging in, but that didn't help. Any ideas?

Have you tried 'forgot password'? Sometimes resetting it helps.
