There is just one small issue with this recording. The volume is a little low at 80.4dB and should be between 86-92dB. That is all! Thanks!

You literally drag the file into the window and press 'Apply Gain' - that's all! You can use the 'Analyze only' button to check your overall volume. Also make sure to tick the box 'prevent clipping' so increasing the overall volume won't cut your loudest peaks. If you have a few peaks in your recording that are significantly higher than the rest, you can use the 'Envelope tool' in Audacity prior to raising the general volume in MP3Gain Express.
