msfry wrote:No, I had to listen to the file in a new window online. Even this revised file, I can't download to my computer. I tried 3 times and what I get is something weird -- after the file name it says 4iwm5kv.partial, or j737tin.partial, or pv9zv09.partial, each with a file size of 0 KB.
I just downloaded the new file, and I have no problems with it. Very peculiar.

I will take on section 04. Love Ingersoll !!

Roger, I shut down my computer, started it up again, and without anything else open, downloaded your Section 3 without difficulty. Looks like problem is resolved.

Michele. Can you do that in the covers thread or do I need to do it?

Section 10 is PL OK.
Thanks, Teddy. I never took Ingersoll for a comedian, but he had me laughing heartily in spots.
Now looking forward to 11.

Section 12:

https://librivox.org/uploads/philchenevert/rgingersollvol10legal_12_ingersoll_128kb.mp3

This is the best so far; Ingersoll is working towards a crescendo, obviously trying to convince the jury of the strength of his argument based purely on the persuasiveness of his argument...I would want Ingersoll defending me, I certainly would not want him against me...!!!

Size: 29.50

Enjoy it...I am...

Section 39 is uploaded.
Interesting address to the Jury on handwriting analysis, in the Davis Will case.
Over to you Jim. I know, I'm jumping around. No reason why that I can explain. Envision a kid in a candy store. :D

Michele, the reading is PLOK, except for a couple of comments, which seem to need cutting out. At 6:12 "OK, let's go" and a little later about 6:27 "Now put in the footnote." Jim
