Firstly, the file name isn't quite right. It should be itcanbedone_051_various_128kb.mp3
Secondly, the volume is too low. You're at 83.1 dB, but it should be about 89 dB. Due to a couple of loud sections, amplifying by 5.9 dB will cause clipping, so I'd just amplify it as much as you can, which seems to be 4.115 dB (it should be the default value when you open the Amplify menu), which will get it within the suggested range of 86-92.
Finally, here are some PL notes:
0:00: You don't need the title twice here.
2:12: Your section is not the last one, so you don't need 'End of It Can Be Done, by Various'
2:16: The ending silence is too short. It should be about 5 seconds, and yours is about 2.6 seconds.
Oh, and Phil, I've just noticed an error in the original post. There's a line at the bottom where the example file name is missing the '_128kb'. It should be
itcanbedone_###_various_128kb.mp3 (all lower-case) where ## is the section number (e.g. itcanbedone_001_various_128kb.mp3)
Hi Mahima,
It's been a couple of months since I posted these notes, and as you haven't edited the file yet (and you also have ignored my private message) I'm assuming you've left the website. I have therefore edited the file myself, as nothing new had to be recorded.

The reason it took so long just to add a couple of seconds is I was on vacation in Branson, MO the past week. Yes, I had great fun and spent a lot of money.
