Mizora: A Prophecy. by Mary E Bradley Lane (1844 - 1930).


After being exiled from her home and family, Vera Zarovich finds herself in Mizora, a civilization at the center of the Earth made up entirely of women. This text recounts her experiences there and what she learns during in time in this "utopian" civilization. ( casmith512)

I'd be glad to start this off with the preface and chapter 1...but how do you pronounce Mizora?.. I "googled" it but came up with half a dozen different pronunciations! Also I'm very new at this so if you prefer to have a more experienced reader just say so.....no offense taken!

I would say Miz' orr uh. It can vary among us although. I don't think any listeners will be confused by variation so don't worry.
