Hi Josh,
The voices are great. You're narration is very enaging.
PL OK.
Thanks!

Hi Edward,
It would have helped if you had done your one-minute test first. The recording has technical problems. The easy one to remedy is that it needs to be at 128kb. This is 192 kb. You need quiet in the background so it will need to be redone without the dog barking. Before you record it again, we need to resolve the volume issue. It is way too quiet at 63 db. The target is 89 db. This could indicate that you are using the built-in microphone on your computer. An external USB microphone will pick up your voice best. Please work with me to get you setup before you put in more time on a longer recording. What is your setup?

I am having visitors for the holiday weekend. I may not be checking in every day. I will catch up after. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Cheers!

The Semantic War by Bill Clothier, 1921-2015
https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/51153

Interesting guy, Clothier:
http://www.washelli.com/obituary/163531/William-Clothier/
William (Bill) Ernest Clothier was born in the small town of Sylvia, Kansas on September 23, 1921 to Charles Caper and Anna Laura Clothier (Jones). Bill passed away peacefully on March 20th 2015, in Burien, with family by his side....After graduating from Stafford High School, Bill enlisted in the Marines and went through boot camp and Sea School in San Diego, California. His first assignment was manning the 5 guns on the aft port side on the battleship USS Nevada which was berthed at Pearl Harbor. He was aboard the ship on the morning of December 7th, 1941 when it was torpedoed and struck by seven bombs which caused it to begin sinking. It was ordered to beach itself to avoid blocking the harbor. The Nevada was the only battleship to get underway on December 7th...After the war Bill enrolled at the University of Oregon and graduated with honors in 1952 with a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism with minors in philosophy and political science.
He was also a free lance writer and had articles and stories published in Sunset magazine, Field and Stream, Sports Illustrated and Galaxy Science Fiction magazine.
