Phil,
May I read section 2? It was Andy who introduced me to Arnold Bennett and the Five Towns, and while I can't imagine a Five Towns story sounding quite right without Andy, it would be an honor to give it a go in his honor.

Greg, You are most welcome to take Section 4! Thanks for offering. Phil

Can I do section 4?
Greg.
Hi Anna & Melissa, Did this one get fixed, or is it still to be done? Phil

Chapter 8 is very well done and I only have one PL note for you
0:11 the end of your intro (from 'recording by' to the end) is very glitchy. I don't know how else to describe it but when you hear it, you'll know what I mean.
Melissa
Thanks! I'm away from my microphone at the moment - I'll be able to fix it early July. Just wanted to let you know that I saw your notes, and will get it fixed.

I realize that my claim is now over 2 months. May I renew it? I'll be traveling quite a bit over the holidays and so don't think I will be able to record it until the new year.
Thanks.
MaryAnn
Thanks.
MaryAnn
Yes, of course you can!

Hey Greg, I only have one note for Chapter 4 (and one suggestion for next time).
It was decided a while ago that all sections should end with only 5 seconds of silence, rather than 5s for shorter and 10s for longer sections, so if you could cut down the end of your recording, that would be great!
My suggestion for next time (or if you want to do this while you're editing the end), has to do with the sound of the recording - your loudness of your voice fluctuates and it is sometimes much quieter than others. To fix this in the editing process, if you are using Audacity, you can use the "Leveller" Effect to even out the loudness of the recording. Like I said though, this is just a suggestion for next time and there is no great need for you to do it with this recording (if you choose to do this and don't use Audacity I would suggest looking through the help forums or LibriVox wiki for whichever software you use).
Otherwise your recording is PL OK! I very much enjoyed listening to your recording and the accents you used were not at all rubbish. I look forward to listening to you again.
