Sorry, I wasn't aware of the 5 seconds at the end rule, so here is my corrected submission:

Thank you. The 5 seconds rule is because some players cut off the end of the recording -- this way, we can be sure listeners hear right to the end of a file

Nicely read. Just one thing: at the end, we need what we call the "outro"...

At the end of the section, say:
"End of [Chapter]"
If you wish, say:
"Recording by [your name], [city, your blog, podcast, web address]"
