HI, I just got assigned the Democracy of Abraham Lincoln and I am excited to get started. It says that the selection starts on page 122, but it doesn't say where it ends. Should I just start reading and keep going and take both parts, or did you want it divided into 2 parts?
Thanks,

hi aniroo, thanks for asking.
i had added a note in the first post:

so we need the chapter in two parts, but you can decide where to split the chapter. it would indeed be helpful if you could adopt both parts, but dont feel pushed into it thank you!Chapter Divisions: I tried making sure that all sections are of bite size, 15-20 pages. i did not assign a place where chapters of two or more sections should be broken, you can decide that yourself. post in this thread if you would like guidance!

This is your choice, ditch the quote/unquote if you like (most of us do)
Thank you!

I would like to claim the Democracy of Abraham Lincoln, Part 2. I have been working on Part 1 and I think a good place to start Part 2 is on page 139 near the top of the page starting with the sentence Upon this first point of the limitation upon the majority, whether of voters or representatives, which is the essence of our constitutional system of representation, Lincoln spoke in a manner which cannot be misunderstood this seems to me to be a good place to start as it begins a new idea and is about half way through the section.
Let me know if this is OK as I will have to record the intro for Part 1, end of Part ! and the beginning of Part 2.
