Kate Follis
I love to read, AND my employer matches my volunteer hours with a donation to the Internet Archive, flagged to benefit Librivox.org. How cool is that?

Thank you very much! Those long chapters can be scary - but I think you can conquer it!

Welcome to the project! Section 17 is yours!

Thanks for doing your 1 min test first, that's great! Please finish tweaking it and get the final "OK" before recording for this project - we want to be sure we can use the file when it's done!

Since this is your first recording, I'll need your name for the catalogue - that's as you are going to read it for your voice credit "Chapter 17 read by...". This can be your real name, a nickname, etc, though in your case I don't recommend using your username. Whatever you choose, let me know and I'll create your reader file.

You can go ahead and record when you are ready - all the instructions you need should be in the first post, but if you get stuck just post here and I'll get back to you. This is a rather slow-moving project as we only have a Book Coordinator and no Proof Listener, but I'll get back to you when I can!

Thanks,

I redid my test this AM and was told I was good to go. :D Please use the name Jennifer Wysk for the catalog. I'll get back to you with the rest soon.

Thanks again,

Hi, I'm brand new to recording and I love this book. I'm linking my test here but perhaps also should post in the listeners needed section.

Thanks for the feedback
