I would think that the j would not be a Spanish j, but like an English j, as in a soft g sound. But, with that said, I'm not super sticky on pronunciations when I DPL. Whatever you think is best is fine with me because I normally don't correct a person's pronunciation.

Hi Russ,

Welcome to LibriVox! I have you down for chapter 13, thank you! Please make sure to do your one minute test before you record your chapter. It is just our way to make sure your settings are where we need them to be, and not an audition. This will make your life much easier if we can fix the easy things from the start. What name would you like credited on your catalog page?

Thanks Ann. Russ Rosen for the credit. About my one minute, where can I find the details. I wanted to read through it again but can't find the details section for 1-minute test.
And, wow, you're quick on re
sponses;)

OK, Russ, you are properly credited! Here is your catalog page. https://librivox.org/reader/11911

Here is the link for the Newbie Guide to Recording which will tell you everything you need to know about the test. Don't worry, it is very easy!

You just happened to post just before I popped on the forum! I try to be fast to respond in my projects, but sometimes I miss things. I do check things at least once a day.
