Here's the rest of Ann! I had already recorded everything before your PM, Kim.

I only just saw your note about a voice credit for each chapter. There was nothing in the first post that indicated it was necessary, so I didn't include it when I did the recordings (I did all 12 chapters in one sitting). I can go back through and copy/paste the first chapter's credit into all the other chapters if it's necessary.
Also, I did my best to be near the 89dB mark. If you're editing in Audacity, the Compressor feature (in the Effects header) does an excellent job of leveling out all the volumes to be at/near the 89dB mark, and I think it would do the trick of making all the parts even out after editing.

No worries about the voice credit. I'll just edit in from the first file.

Kristin,
Thank you very much for these. They were beautifully read.
PL Notes
ch 8
7m14 "putting" I think is pronounced like the golf term 'putt'; rhyme with hut.
missing "Are you coming to America again?"
7m55 missing: Here, Doctor, said I, handing him the usual check as I rose to depart. "Here is a draft on London for $5000. Our thanks to go with it for your courtesy."
8m20 missing: Do you know who that was?"
ch9
6m57 missing to get an answer to any question I may choose to ask, at any cost. If you fear to reply because it may prevent a sale of your house, I will buy the house at your own price.
ch12
2m06 duplicate phrase. 2nd phrase is correct.

Hi, I'm willing to play any female role you think would suit
Thanks Tom, but I'd like some different voices if possible.Penumbra wrote:Hi Kim:
