Hey Jordan. Thank you so much for accepting claims and putting them into the magic window; it is helping a lot. !!!

Thanks. Sorry, I got confused by having multiple windows to search for poets who died at least 70 years ago and where the poems also look easily readable, and edited my post to add three more poems. Usually I get away with this as BCs (is that your role) aren't usually so quick.

Sorry...

I should have noticed the dangling comma.

I've added the other poems.

<Benton Fraser voice>Thank you kindly.</Benton Fraser voice>

Can I have: 13, 21, 44 (it's very short, but someone has to do it), and (deep breath) 49.

Not sure if I should be doing Shakespeare, but if there are no objections, I'll give it a shot. I hope I don't sound like someone reading out a shopping list.

I have assigned those sections to you. And from what I've heard already, I wouldn't worry about sounding dull.

3 is PL OK.

Here are notes for the others

Section 6:

2:09 'quitting' should be 'quiddit' (which rhymes with 'did it', and means quibble)

Section 7:

1:14: 'rods' should be 'roods' (which rhymes with 'moods')

Also, you've not quite got the filenames right; you've only put two digits.

Oh, and not a PL note, but does Walt Mason think he's too good for line breaks?

This is the first time I've applied some EQ to one of my Librivox recordings. 044 has EQ applied, the others don't. If it's not too much to ask, could the PL please tell me if they think that 044 sounds better or worse than the other two?

(Should I ask this in the help and advice forum? I thought it efficient to ask here as the PL will listen to the poems in any case.)

Note: It's not a mistake that I've only recorded three of the four poems I've signed up for. I'm leaving the Shakespeare for another day :)

Thanks. About asking for feedback, that is entirely fine to do here. Just wondering why you decided to try EQ, is it to fix some problem you heard or just to try it? We are all looking for ways to improve our recordings, I try different things almost every week myself, and it is great to get something that seems to work. Anyway, good luck on Shakespeare. :D
EDIT: EQ has a vast number of ways to apply it. What frequencies did you increase or decrease?
