Chapters 3 and 4 uploaded.
I hope the clicks are gone, or greatly reduced?

Hi Judi,
Chapters 3 and 4 are both PL OK. You’ve got it! I only picked up one click.

Chapter 3
15:44 the door was pushed open, and tramp, tramp, in came her future companions, hidden from sight, but talking volubly to each other as they took off [mouse click] hats and jackets after the afternoon walk.

Chapt 5 uploaded.
I experimented, and the clicks seem to be mouth clicks, rather than mouse clicks... :|

Chapter 5

Opening silence is a little over the 1 second maximum.

17:33 missing word – There won’t be anything left for us to try for.

Ending silence is a little short but ok. I just wanted you to know about it for the future.

I’m so sorry to have noted mouth noise. I can usually tell the difference.

Re-uploaded Ch 5.
sry I have such a noisy mouth. It has been a problem. My new equipment does help a lot. I will continue to be more vigilant in editing.

Spot check PL OK. Actually, I don't generally notice it on your readings. Your sections are very easy to listen to. Very nice and clear without distractions. I guess that's why I figured they were mouse clicks.

8:09 Did she really think she ought? But their agitation acted as fuel to Pixie’s determination, and she would only laugh and lean over the banisters, experimenting with the long green rope, and altering the length until it met with her approval.
Please take a listen. It sounds a bit like Phixie to me.

Such a sweet ending.

Hi Judi,
I have a question about the level of proof listening you want. You have standard listed but I've been providing special including word changes which impact intent. I don't want to give more than you want. Please do let me know if standard was indeed what you wanted.

Linny I am embarrassed to say that I don't really know the difference, or what impact anything other than standard will have on listeners. What you are doing seems just fine. Each time you point out that I have said the wrong word, it certainly would sound wrong if you had left it as is.
I totally trust your judgement. My experience in this is so limited, and I do want to give the listener a delightful "read". I appreciate all that you do.
