Nicely read, but a couple of technical things.

1 The volume is too low measuring 84.6 dB. The LV target is 89dB with a range of 86-92 dB. If you use Audacity, the Amplify feature can be used to raise the volume -- set for 4dB of amplification.

2. While you do this, you can clip of 2 seconds from the ending silence to make it the 5 seconds which is the LV standard.

Upload the corrected file under the same name and post here with the new running time.
