Greetings,

I'd like to claim section 7, the Cowboy's Dream. I'm new here, so a question...

The footnote for his section says it's to be sung to the tune of "My Bonnie Lies Over the Ocean". Although I'm not a singer, I'm happy to try that, or I can do a straight read, or I could give you both. Preference?

I would like it to appear in LibriVox catalog under Jack Allan.
Regards,

Jack Allan

Wonderful, Jack!

I think we'll stick to the reading for this volume, although a number of the do have music. But, if you could read the footnote just before the first line of the poem, that would be great! (No need to say "footnote.")

Thanks, and welcome to LibriVox

Yes. I was just hoping we might get a DPL on board before I put too many sections listed. But, I'll go ahead and put these in the MW. I just don't have the time to PL this whole project.

I've updated the MW for everyone (caught me in the middle, Betty) with the exception of Section 35 for Nemo which I don't see on your claim, but which Eva did claim -- or are you guys doing another duet? 8-)

Really need a DPL for this project

Really sorry, Larry. I should have uploaded and posted that one myself. Please credit it to whoever (is easier). The idea was not to make more work for you. :( (Come on DPL angel!)

Larry, it might be worth mentioning in the header that you want these spoken, not sung. There might be some readers put off by the thought of having to sing the ballads.

Hi Larry,

I don't want to be the DPL for this project, but until one comes along, I thought I'd PL some of these as I have time to keep things moving!

I'll just post results and any notes here, although if you can give me the permissions to access this, I can do it also in the Management Dashboard.

Hi Nemo,
I think Larry will be okay with that. You should have access to the magic window for this project now. I can adjust that when a DPL comes on board.
Cheers!
