PL notes for section 23:
at 6:49 the text has "ruined place" but I hear "ruined palace" (which is quite a different image!)
at 9:07 a stumble on "O one-eye of ill-omen"
at 17:12 the text has "he entered and lay down" but I hear "the lay down"
a stumble at 17:40 -- it should say "if I have a skin proof against stick or not." I couldn't make out the "skin" very well.
missing words [in bold] at 20:41-- "till the day was half spent, but found not the purse. Now one saw him from afar diving and plunging and his gown and turband lying in the sun at a distance from him, with no one by them; so he watched him, till he dived again"
and then at 26:39, extra words: "said he" can be deleted.
thanks for reading. Shahrazad seems to be telling and re-telling some of the same stories... I remember hearing about this fisherman in the eight-hundred-thirty-somethingth nights, too.

I didn't see section 1 or 28 linked in the thread, but I checked my PL sections and there they were! sorry to have missed them.
just one PL note for section 1:
at 17:51, there seems to be a stutter or audio glitch on "thus" -- hopefully easy to edit out.
