Hi. I"m not clear about how to upload the 1 minute test. I can't see who the MC is and how to reach that person. Thanks for your help.

Trudi,

The uploader is here: https://librivox.org/login/uploader
Login instructions are:

When you go there, you choose "tests" from the drop down menu.

ALSO, you need to start a NEW TOPIC here: viewforum.php?f=21
In that new topic, post the link to you 1 minute test. Someone will be along and will post comments on your test in that same topic.

I'll save these for you. I just need to know how you would like to be listed in the LibriVox catalog. Many of us use our real names, but you may use your forum name or other pseudonym if you prefer. Thanks for joining us!

Thank you Larry!

You can list me as just "Nemo".

I'm looking forward to doing these (in fact, have one done already) :)

There is a heart-felt richness in Thomas Pringle's work that still speaks to us today through these poems.

Glad to be aboard!

here's already the shorter one, and this one was big fun to do. I tried to convey the rushing of the water in my reading. So it's quite a fast pace here LOL

Also checked on the Platteklip region, seems to be a hikers' paradise  beautiful gorges.
