I am looking for a blessing to use this book. I am pretty sure that this is PD based on the information I have. Please advise. Thanks so much!

Are you using this specific text? It's not available for me; maybe because I'm in Canada.

The Hathi trust scan is fine, but as Tricia said, it may be restricted to U.S. only access. Here are a couple of alternate links to the same text that should be available to everyone if you are planning this as a group project.

The latter is from PG Australia, but as it is clearly stated that it is the 1860 text, it is OK to use. (Not all PG Australia texts are PD in the US due to different copyright laws.)

Great! Thanks Jo! I will use the Australia one you suggested unless I hear different in the next day or two. Thanks!
