Anyone mind if I ask for opinions on pronouncing "Burthon"?

BIRTH-on?
Bur-THON?
Burton?

Personally I would go with BIRTH-on. I couldn't find anything definitive on Google, and the first search listing was a link to this book. Nothing anywhere were I could get a sound bite reading. He may not show up in many more chapters, but if he does, hopefully the other readers will follow suit.
