What's a Librivox staff pick, exactly? Is that like the staff picks at the old video stores?

Before Archive.org changed their page format in 2014/2015, there was an area for "staff picks" on the main LV collection page. A lot of people find our stuff through Archive without coming to LV at all. For a long time we didn't do anything with the "staff picks" or it was only updated periodically (and sometimes by the Archive people themselves and not by LV), but eventually Availle took it up as her special task to update the list every month.

When they changed their format and removed the Staff Picks section, Availle didn't give up on the lists, but continues to post them in the blog and wiki every month.
