I think I might be back?

Clicking around the forums for the first time in three years feels like spying on the house where you used to live, so I thought I'd make it less weird and say hi. So: hi! I used to be a very active reader and MC and then my life kind of fell apart (it's back together now.) Looking at the forums made me feel horribly guilty about the way that I dropped off the face of the earth, so I didn't come here at all for years.
Then the other day I got a lovely note from someone who had listened to the Anne of Green Gables dramatic reading, which made me think about coming back to Librivox. I started reading through the forums and found that a lot of familiar faces are gone, but some are still around! I also saw that two people I considered online friends, Lars Rolander and Denny Sayers, had passed away. I didn't get a chance to let them know how much they had meant to me, but I do get to say that to everyone who's still here. Guys, if you're new here, stick around - this is a really special place.
So, I'm kind of maybe back? I don't have a good setup to record right now, but I'll be around. I've missed you.

REL! It's great to see you!
Take your time, and don't worry about having disappeared. I'm just glad to see you reappear.

Ditto. Glad things are more ordered in RL these days, and glad to see you pop back in.

Aw, you guys.
Tricia, I was just thinking about you the other day - we drove past Chautauqua on the highway and it made me think of your readings of the Pansy books!

Wow - you're back! I'm so glad, and I hope you plan to stick around! Your "Anne" books and other Dramatic Works were what got me inspired to start recording here!

Good evening, Holmes.
There's honestly no such thing as a stupid question -- but I'm afraid I can't rule out giving a stupid answer : : To Posterity and Beyond!

Cori and Arielle, there is one more book of Sherlock Holmes stories still un-dramatized! If both of you were interested in reprising your roles, I would be happy to do the script prep and BC it?

Awww... :') I'm new here, so I wasn't around back when you were on here a lot, but I wanted to say "hi," too, and welcome back! (And I love your forum name -- "wildemoose"! That's so cute! )
