When I was fixing the noise, I noticed that it is really bad there. So I had to cut the noise out because noise reduction was not working, but thankfully I was able to cut it out. So here is the fixed chapter 3:

All his MRIs were stable. An adjustment to one of his meds, but otherwise everything was well. Thank you!

There is 13 seconds of silence at the beginning of this corrected file. I didn't listen past that point, because I assumed this was not the corrected file you meant to post.
