What I listened to I thought was good! I think for someone who is new you are doing very well... better than me, actually, when it comes to reading slowly and distinctly. :D

Thank you! You are so kind. I checked one of your recordings, Red Maples, and your reading is very good.

I hope that we can be good friends and do lots of recordings together. :D
Thanks, SaraHale. :D

Liz, my feedback is very much positive -- you are a pleasure to hear :-) However, there is a high level of background noise in sec.60 that should be cleaned.
See http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Noise_Cleaning and watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VFSg9o37HMw

Sara, sec.42 PL OK

Here is the update,

I tried cleaning up the noise without sounding like darth vader :-)

Chapter 60: https://librivox.org/uploads/lynnet/storiesworthrereading_60_various_128kb.mp3

It is now 6:06 time since I simply deleted some of the background noises that snuck in there.

Hi Sara, sorry I missed that question. I personally do everything in the MP3 format, you could return and fix problems there too. Some use FLAC, but I don't know much about it. Our Wiki http://wiki.librivox.org/ probably has some explanations, good luck there :-)

Wow... This is beautiful beyond words. I came here expecting quaint children's stories and received wondrous encouragement! Anyway, may I please read the story entitled "Little Corners"? Thanks!
