I want to read, Just Do Your Best, section 4. My catalog name is SaraHale. I have one small question. Is "Just Do Your Best" in chapter two? How should I say my intro? Will it be like this: "Chapter [two]" or "Just Do Your Best by Ernest Lloyd"?

I would also like to read other sections, but I will claim one section at a time.

I'm happy to sign you up. To answer your questions: "Just Do Your Best" follows Chapter Two but it isn't a part of it. If you open the book in Gutenberg and scroll down, you'll find it right after the story for Chapter two.
For your intro just say:

"Chapter 4 of Stories Worth Rereading. This is a LibriVox recording. All LibriVox recordings are in the public domain. For more information, or to volunteer, please visit: librivox DOT org"
If you wish, say: "Recording by [your name], [city, your blog, podcast, web address]"
Say:
"Stories Worth Rereading, by Various. Just Do Your Best"

You won't be saying that the story is by Ernest Lloyd, just say 'Various' because this book has so many authors and a lot of them are unknown.
You're wise to claim things one at a time - and a poem is a great thing to start with. Happy recording!
