Hi Dylan, and welcome to librivox! :D

I'm a bit far away from Canada also, but I do like it! You sound like you're ready to hit the ground running, so you'll want to get started with a one-minute test to make sure your recordings meet LibriVox technical requirements. Here's the link that will give you the info you need for that:

http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/1-Minute_Test

When you prepare your 1 minute test, you may find it useful to leave about 10 seconds of silence at the end of your recording while your mic is still on. That will help you with noise cleaning in case someone suggests that you need it.

Happy LibriVoxing!

Hi, Dylan!

I do love Canada! My best friend throughout much of my life was originally from Quebec but moved to Alberta, where I met him when I was visiting there. Thanks to him I am a fan of hockey and mayonnaise, which most of my American friends cannot understand.

Hope you're having a great day!
