Alright, I specifically set the kb to 128 in this, though I was pretty sure I did that for the first one as well. Also, I cut out the repetition you mentioned.

I'm editing chap 21 as you read this, and I'll have it up as soon as I can.

Hello again SpookyNoodle,

It seems that the bit rate thing has been ironed out, so hurrah! Chapters 20 and 21 were a little bit quiet, so I've taken the liberty of amplifying them, but that's it. They're both PL OK. :D
