Section 09 uploaded.

Loss of Columbia and crew, and then return to flight, was tough. This is good closure, but i am glad this project is almost complete. Let me know if there are any corrections i need to make (hopefully no distortion crept in).

Thank you, Tricia, for organizing opportunities for us to read so many fascinating and informative government reports! (I'm off to Nuremburg next week...)

Thanks so much to all of the readers for recording this massive and important document.
But I don't know why this thread has not been moved to the "Completed Projects" forum. Is there something wrong?
Anyway, thanks again to all the LV volunteers. And I was able to download the etext of this report thanks to the online text link Tricia provided on the catalog page.
