Welcome back!! It would be a very good idea for you to do another 1 minute test to check out your recording setup. If you need some help in doing that just post another response here and we will give you more specific information. Here is Your Gold STAR for coming back Image

Great! I just got home and will go see if someone has reviewed it.

I listened and You have the OK to record! I noted that you should run some noise reduction on any track because of the background hum that is rather a lot. Your voice and reading are wonderful - very glad to have you recording again. ask if anything is befuddling.

EDIT: What is your catalog name?

Your forum name is serenitylee; your catalog name is how you will be credited in the catalog. Most of us use our real names so people can find us but it is totallyup to you.

AH! Serenity Lee is fine. I think I've only recorded once before anyway.
Also, I figured out how to do the noise reduction and will be sure to do that when I record.

What chapter can I do?

Lets go with the shortest one, Section 5. The
Story of the Wicked Half-Brothers. I have a video on how to do noise reduction linked in my sig if that might be any help. :D

EDIT: and you were already in the system with your catalog name matching your forum name so that was already settled. :D

Hi,
I've just PL'ed Section 5 and it has a little glitch at the end. The reader forgot to say "end of the story of the Wicked Half-Brothers" and the file also needs 5 seconds of silence at the end.

Other than those little things the reading is wonderful. :)

Betty

P.S.
As soon as our MC puts 2pelton's link for section 3 into the MW I'll PL it in a day or two. :)

I am interested in recording Section 4, The Story of the Magic Horse!

EDIT: This would be my first recording, for the catalogue I'll go by my name, Alina George. I will be doing a 1-minute test when I get home from work today. (Where should I post that when done?)
