Hi Miss Stav --

I PMed angelic1ang to explain the confusion about the assignment of Chapters 10 and 11, and asked her if she still wanted 10. She replied that she didn't now, so I have opened 10 back up.

Chapters 9 and 13 are PL OK!

Just a wee note that Chapter 9 is estimated at 92.0 dB by Checker, which is the top of the recommended range but still OK I think.
